Koliba Real Estate is led by Idriz Hibeljic who has more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate and building industry. Idriz specialises in residential sales and property management, and this established skill set is reflected in his client success. His work is obtained exclusively from positive word of mouth due to his exceptional negotiating skills and true passion for the industry.

Commencing his real estate career in 2005, Idriz was able to build a trusted network of clients that allowed him to establish Koliba Real Estate in 2018. He had a vision to create a comprehensive real estate agency which prides itself on personalised service, and guarantees direct involvement in your real estate journey.

”Thanh Vong, of Koliba Real Estate, based in the western suburbs of Adelaide and has been living in the area for over 20 years in which his team has represented clients all over Adelaide all the way from the far north to the far south. Thanh has built up a solid foundation of clients within the community through his professionalism and commitment.

Prior to real estate, he spent the first part of his career in Menswear helping couples plan and envision their biggest day of their lives. Having been part of the fashion industry for a number of years, his creativity to solve problems is one of his biggest assets.

Active in the community, Thanh is a proud part of the Croydon Park Parish’s effort to help the migrants and the Youth of his community through the Mercy Care Program and the parish's Youth Group. Thanh’s Parents immigrated to this country and they worked really hard to raise Thanh to the person he is today.

“I know how tough it is when you don’t know anyone in a new country especially if there is a language barrier. So, if I can help put a smile on someone’s face, I will do what I can to see it happen.”

Like everyone who falls in love with the western suburbs of Adelaide, Thanh is a big foodie and loves the area's multicultural restaurants and eat outs. When Thanh is not busy helping clients, you’ll find him around Croydon Park helping out the neighbourhood or exploring some of the best food scenes the west has to offer. It’s easy to sell something when you have an absurd passion for it.

With the support of family and friends Thanh spends most of his free time reinforcing all the reasons why the west will always be the best.
